Ayobayo BABADE,LL.B, B.L, B.Sc., LL.M, M.Sc., ACIArb (U.K.), J.P, FIMC is a lawyer, real estate broker, dispute resolution professional and agro-business consultant with extensive experience in real estate Law and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

He currently works with Tope Babade & Co (Real Estate Consultants) where he heads the Legal Advisory and Business Development Arm of the firm. He is a consultant to over ten (10) top real estate companies in Nigeria. He has been involved in a number of high net-worth real estate transactions and has advised clients both within and outside Nigeria. He has delivered a number of lectures and papers on real estate and law to various audiences across Nigeria and the United States of America.

He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK; Nigeria Branch), a Jerusalem Pilgrim (member of the 2015 Nigerian Youth Pilgrimage to Israel Programme), a member of the West African Bar Association (W.A.B.A.), a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (Lagos Branch), the Lagos State Public Relations Officer of the Association of Estate Agents in Nigeria (AEAN; Lagos Branch) established under the Auspices of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers (NIESV) and a lecturer at the Rev+ School of Real Estate.

He is the recipient of several awards including Young Real Estate Lawyer of the Year (2017, Teras Realtors & Homes Limited); Agro-Loving Lawyer of the Year (2017, Transfurd Commercial Farms), Special (Real Estate) Recognition Award (2018, Franabid Global Resources Limited) to mention a few.
