The estate is divided into site and services which subscribers can buy and build as well as prototype buildings which subscribers can buy and live or rent out to tenants.

The company has started selling the site and services section of the Heritageville Estate in plots for N2m/Plot, which is the first phase while the second phase which is the sale of prototype building will commence toward the end of the first quarter of 2022 with the construction of the buildings.
