Kehinde-Adeyoju ODEBODE is a graduate of Estate Management from the prestigious, The Polytechnic, Ibadan, having had his National Diploma from Osun State College of Technology, Esa-Oke, Osun State. He is married with children.

In year 2005, he joined Tunji Adeniyi & Co. a firm of Estate surveying in Kaduna, Kaduna State. He was later transferred to Abuja branch of the firm. There he was and when he was selected in 2007 as part of the team sent to carry out the Valuation for Compensation work on the Kaima bridge end of Bayelsa State to Eleme junction section of the East West Road, Rivers State. He was later transferred to Lagos branch office in 2008 and there he worked till he resigned to start his own practice.

In 2009, he started his first company, Kentai Realtors. Over the years, he has garnered cognate and sound experience in the real estate practice spanning 16 years and counting. Kehinde has rendered untainted real estate services to countless individuals from different walks of life and numbers of corporate organizations. Listed below are some of them;

Kehinde's core area of specialization in the Estate surveying profession is in Property Management, Property Brokerage, Property Development, Real Estate Advisory, Real Estate Investments and Joint Venture. He has attended many real estate trainings and seminars here in Nigeria and has horned his skill to meet the present day practice, entrepreneurial wise.

Having fully realized his entrepreneurial side and the boundless opportunities in the entrepreneurship aspect of Real Estate couple with his years of experience in selling Real Estate Products to many people for investment purposes, he Established a new company, LandNexus Homes & Properties Limited in year 2019 with the sole aim of helping people built trans-generational wealth, to empower and impact lives by creating jobs. The company amongst others intends to have as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), reaching out to the unjustly incarcerated inmates in Nigerian prisons. Kehinde-Adeyoju ODEBODE is a very passionate, enthusiastic and goal driving individual out to succeed against any inhibition and to meaningfully impact lives.

VISION

This project being the first of many to come, LandNexus Homes & Properties Limited would have activated the sales of nothing less than ten (10) site and service estates (land products) across key states of the federation in the next 3years. Also, we project to have fully gone into real property development by the commencement of third year of active operation. By the fourth year of operation, we would have diversified into other areas of businesses (agriculture, hospitality, education and fashion) that the umbrella company, "The Transcendent Group" intends to.
