Tomiwa Abiodun Ogunremi (born March 29th, 1975) is the founder and Chief Consultant of the Giant Bull Consulting, Giant Bull Realty, President, Tomiwa Ogunremi International Consulting, President, Terrace Shadai Millionaire Executive Services and Vice Chairman, Mark-Ever Logistics Ltd.

He's a real estate consultant and also a prolific, passionate and gifted writer, Social Media Marketer and Content Marketer. He has been able to write over 500 articles on his weblog www.tomiwaogunremi.com and other print and social media platforms, Author of Fifteen (15) books (Published and Unpublished), a sought after Thought Leader, Motivational Speaker, Life Coach, Blogger, Convener of Generation Next Leaders Bootcamp and Entrepreneur.

He has personally influenced, mentored and trained thousands of people worldwide through the above mentioned mediums, teaching life and success principles, leadership, entrepreneurship, talent discovery and development.CAREERThough a graduate of Estate Management, Tomiwa’s career as a real estate consultant started from his teen age, when he used to help his father, who owns properties with tenants, issued rent receipts and write rent demand letter as well as Quit notices. However, his professional career started in 1995, with Messrs Alagbe & Partners, (Estate Surveyor and Valuers), Ibadan, when he was undergoing three (3) months Industrial Training, where he performed very well and became the toast of the senior staffs.

His One (1) year Industrial Training 1996, was with Messrs E.K. Oyeniyi & Co., (Estate Surveyor and Valuers), Ibadan. Because of his willingness to learn the profession and painstaking attitude towards his work, immediately after his graduation from College in 1999, before being called up for National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), he was immediately employed by the same company. During NYSC, he was posted to Abia State Ministry of Land, Lands Department, Umuahia, where he was adjudged the best “Corper” in his department and was offered employment, which he refused and decided to come back home to Ibadan to start a life.Shortly after returning to Ibadan, he was employed by Messrs Samson Olateju & Co. (Estate Surveyor and Valuers), Ibadan. He was there between 2001 & 2002, before moving to Lagos to join Messrs Bode Adediji & Partners (The first Multi-Disciplinary Real Firm in Nigeria), where his writing talent was discovered and developed.

He was also among the first three best staff that worked directly with the CEO before he left in November, 2004. He was also opportune to be part of Totalfinaelf Nationwide, Fidelity Bank Headquarters, Access Bank Headquarters, Sheraton Hotel Abuja, Liberty Bank Headquarters, Mr Biggs Nationwide Asset valuation.By December, 2004 he joined Messrs Lonex Property Services Ltd, a sister company to Lonerax Nigeria Ltd and Ledak Construction Services Ltd, a UK based, real estate consulting, developing and construction company, to help them develop and sell a Multi-billion Naira Residential Estate – Lonex Gardens Estate at the suburb of Lagos. He worked directly with the Managing Director as the Personal Assistant, Sales Manager and Senior Estate Surveyor. This gave him the opportunity to be exposed to so many aspects of property development and office management including recruitment of staffs.

He was virtually everywhere, always the first to resume and the last to go home, all through his stay. As his nature, he was very dedicated, loyal, hardworking, and always willing to do or learn anything even outside his scope. This attitude made his boss love him to the extent when he resigned; he decided to continue paying his salary for the next six (6) months from his personal pocket.In September, 2009, he decided to set up his own real estate and consultancy outfit in line with his passion and he founded Giant Bull Consultancy. Because of hard work and the grace of God, the company has enjoyed robust property portfolio within the shortest period of time.
